As most of our products are handcrafted, made-to-order, customized, export-oriented, or produced specifically for clients and boutiques, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and delivered.
Return Policy
All sales made through Pacific Exports and Imports are final.
Products once sold cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
We request customers to carefully review product details, specifications, sizes, colors, quantities, and customization requirements before placing an order.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending:

Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled after production or dispatch has begun.
Customized, made-to-order, wholesale, private label, and bulk production orders are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges for products.
Exchanges for size, color, design, or any other variation are not available once the order has been processed or delivered.
Quality Assurance
Every product undergoes quality inspection before dispatch. Minor variations in color, print, texture, embroidery, handcrafted detailing, or finishing are natural characteristics of handmade and artisan products and should not be considered defects.
